Orientation
It is aimed to make administrative employees get to know the university, their work and team in a shorter time and complete the adaptation process feeling “BILGI”.
With their participation in the orientation program, it is targeted to make employees get a sense of belonging for BILGI. Orientation program starts with the informative session about the university and is completed with campus visits.
